Changing your home page with Divi is a very simple task and should only take a few minutes. There are a few reasons why you might want to change your website home page, one of which is if you were developing a new home page whilst wanting to keep your website online.

You could continue to display your original home page while you work on a new, updated version without causing disruption. When your new page is finished you could match the switch without taking your website offline.

Step 1: Login to your website

Login to your WordPress dashboard.

Step 2: Open the Divi Theme Customiser

In the sidebar menu click on/hover over ‘Divi’ and then click on ‘Theme Customiser’. The customiser page will open.

Step 3: Select your new homepage

Click on ‘Homepage Settings’ in the sidebar.

Then under ‘Homepage’ click on the dropdown box and select your new home page.

Step 4: Save your changes

Once you are done hit the ‘Update/Publish’ button to save your changes. Your new home page will take effect immediately.
