How to set up a customized email address

Step 1: Visit

Step 2: Select pricing

Step 3: Select your plan and click “Get Started”

Step 4:  You’ll be taken to a form you need to complete. Click “Next”

Step 5: In the next screen, select to use your own domain

Step 6: Enter your domain name

Step 7: Complete the form with your desired email address. Click “Accept and Sign up”

Step 8: You will then be redirected to the setup wizard page.

If you were logged in to your Gmail account, you will be asked to switch to your new admin account (which you registered above)

Step 9: Add People to your G Suite account. Click “Start”

Step 10: If applicable, add all users you wish to assign an email address to. Click “Next”

Step 11: Verify your domain

There are four options to verify domain ownership. The one most recommended is to upload an HTML file that is prepared by Google to your server. Download the file and upload it to your server using a file manager or FTP client.

Step 12: Create MX Records

Once you’ve uploaded the HTML file you will be asked to Create MX Records. Follow the on -screen instructions.

Step 13: Once you are done, click “Verify Domain and Setup Email”
