Using the web app to add files to Dropbox

Step 1: Sign into Dropbox

Go the Dropbox homepage (www.dropbox.com) and sign in using the username and password you created.

Step 2: Prepare to upload

Click the “Upload” button at the top of the window

Step 3: Choose files to upload

A window will appear. Click the “Choose File” button and then select the file on your computer that you’d like to add to your Dropbox.

Step 4: Choose as many files as you like

Step 5: Complete the upload

Once your file or files are uploaded you can click on “Done”.

Step 6: You’re done!

You will now be in your Dropbox and you should see al the files you uploaded.

You can also add files to specific folders in your Dropbox but first, you need to create the folder 🙂

Step 1: Sign into Dropbox

Go the Dropbox homepage (www.dropbox.com) and sign in using the username and password you created.

Step 2: Add a New Folder

Click the “New Folder” button at the top of the window

Step 3: Give your folder a name

Type in the name you wish to give the folder and hit “Enter”

Step 4: Add files to your folder

To add files to your folder just drag and drop files into it. To see the contents of your folder click on the name of your folder.
